The students in second grade learned about communities and citizenship. We integrated technology using a community WebQuest.
The students listened to a story about being good citizens, and they researched how to be good citizens on the computer. After doing the research, students created a digital photo story using pictures and music.
They used Kidspiration to make graphic organizers on citizenship and the needs and wants in the community. Also, they designed folders on our community.
